In the style of Andy Goldsworthy

Here are our Andy Goldsworthy inspired artworks using nature.

We looked at some Art work by the artist Andy Goldsworthy. He uses lots of circles, spirals, arches and holes in his work.

He uses things he finds around him. The work has to be photographed because it will not last.

Do you like the Art work we have created? We are very proud of our work and are waiting for dry weather so we can use things we find outside to make some more Art. Watch this space.

Feeders and Fat balls

We've been re- using and recycling to help nature. We are doing our bit for the environment.

We had to follow all the instructions in the right order. Kieran found poking the string through and tying the knots tricky.

Katie mixed the seeds into the fat, then had the messy job of packing the mixture into her pot.

Take care when you cut the bottle, you don't want to cut yourself but neither do you want to leave sharp edges for the birds to injure themselves.

Lukasz and Joseph's feeders are now ready for some seeds and to be hung in a safe place.

Eco Heroes Landfill Investigation

First we dug a hole.

Then we put a bin liner in the hole.

After that we put rubbish into the hole. We put in a plastic bag, a pear core, some paper, a paper towel and a drink bottle.

Finally we put bin liner in and coverd it up.
